Our non-profit blog was inspired by a Filipina domestic from the Middle East who left her newborn baby – with placenta still attached – in the Bahrain Gulf Air airplane toilet - upon landing in Manila, read her story here http://filipina-nannies-caregivers.blogspot.ca/2013/05/this-blog-was-inspired-by-filipina.htm . Her despair and desperation inspired this blog to gather all possible stories in order to help, to inform and to empower all Filipina nannies, caregivers and maids -- to liberate themselves from abuses of all forms: physical, rape, verbal, exploitation, overtime working without pay.... Send us your stories. Stay anonymous - if you like. (No one can afford to deny this matter anymore). Write in Tagalog, or your dialect, or English, or French, or any language. ALL nannies, caregivers and domestic maids are welcome, send your stories to mangococonutmay1@gmail.com

Taiwan and Philippine Governments shoulds resolve crisis now
Filipino migrants are innocent. They shoulds be protected.
This is the call of the International Migrants' Alliance as it urgently DEMANDS Both the Philippine and Taiwanese Governments to resolve the conflict IMMEDIATELY That rose from the May 9 shooting of a 65-year old Taiwanese fisherman.
As we speak, as the conflict drags on Remaining unresolved, the security and safety of Filipino migrants Especially Those living and working in Taiwan are endangered. The IMA HAS RECEIVED boxes of Filipino migrants experiencing physical harm and other DISCRIMINATORY action from Taiwanese locals Because of the aforementioned crisis.
This shoulds stop. No physical attack or any act of racist discrimination shoulds be done or condoned.
The Filipino migrants in Taiwan do not only Contribute to the welfare of Their families and loved ones back home. They too Contribute to the economy of Taiwan and expected to the needs of the families They Work for in Taiwan.
While anger over the shamefully inept reaction from the Philippine government is Justified, the Taiwanese government shoulds be responsible for Protecting the Filipino migrant workers Residing in Taiwan too.
We Strongly urge Taiwan's President Ma Ying-jeou to Strengthen Protection for Filipino migrants and alert icts respective agencies in Extending Support to anyone, Especially Filipino migrants, Who Would experience any untoward incident.
Furthermore, the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) in Taiwan shoulds not be pulled out from Taiwan to agree any support or services needed by Filipino migrants in Taiwan. Withdrawing the MECO out of Taiwan Will only could the Filipino migrant workers in burn danger.
If any more untoward incident happens to any Filipino migrant in Taiwan Because of this delay in resolution of the conflict, the IMA holds Both the Taiwanese and Philippine Governments responsible.
Diplomatically resolve the Philippines-Taiwan conflict now!
Uphold and protect the rights and welfare of Filipino migrants in Taiwan!
